After looking at dealers 2 minutes from my home. I decided to go back to this dealer due to my past experience. And again was not disappointed. Thank you Bill for your time and patients and to Amelia for answering all my questions and responding so quickly. It was your help which brought me down to this dealership for this car we bought.

Purchased a 2015 X5 for my wife last week. Bill C was the salesman and we were very happy with the cusomter experience. On her first visit (without me) Bill impressed her and my 20something sons as knowledgeable and straight forward. I spent the last month relentlessly searching Autotrader, comparing just about every SUV and unable to make a decision. I finally found a CPO X3 that I liked and sent a note to get more details. I just bought a brand new X3 in this dealership, and this is a unforgettable memory. Because i don't have a ssn,there is a lot of troubles when I was trying to buy this car. There is a manager, I don't know his name, he don't know know the procedure for foreigner to buy a car. I have been looking in Central NJ for a difficult to find specific pre-owned BMW. Pete was the most responsive and easy to talk representatives I encountered over visits and calls to about six dealerships. I'd go back there in a heartbeat if they're able to find the car I'm looking for.

I have leased Infiniti cars for the past 9 years. When my lease was up Infiniti did not have a lease for the car I wanted. So it was time to look at what other dealers were offering.
