I purchased a loner car 2 weeks ago through Mike Watson. He was very friendly and courteous. Price negotiation was professionally done and hassle free. Earlier, I brought 2 friends to Mike and had very good experience. I will recommend other friends also in future. I recommend Bridgewater BMW and in particular Mike Watson highly.

Bought my first E36 M3 (used) from them in 2000. Serviced that car and my next E46 M3 there for the next 15 yrs. Bought my new M4 there on a combination of price, service and trust.

I usually take my car to another dealership closer to my house but Bridgewater was closer after hitting a pothole. The process of working with Chad on my fixing my car was excellent. His understanding, responsiveness, professionalism, and sensitivity to a much larger service which I'll now require was at a level I've never experienced. My experience with Chad alone has won my future services at BMW of Bridgewater.

From the second my wife and I met with Mike Watson we knew we were going to lease a car from BMW of Bridgewater. He took the time to understand our needs, we felt absolutely no pressure to buy and he really found a car that was our perfect fit. My wife and 3 boys stopped at the dealership to inquire about possibly purchasing a BMW in the near future and left an owner. Much of the decision was made due to Frank and his direct, honest, trustworthy demeanor. I had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned 750 at Bridgewater BMW. I have a busy work schedule and the sales team worked around my needs. They were extremely responsive and "above board" with everythig, They arranged on time pick ups when I was without my car being traded. They offered fair price for my trade. Most impresively, my sales rep was very tech savy and we were able to keep our discussions going with emails and texts even when I couldn't be there in person. We were almost to go for a Lexus RX350. On the way back home we stopped by this dealer and took a test drive for an X3 with Aubrey. Both my wife and me changed our minds and decided that this is the new car we want. Aubrey make the purchase very smooth and the price we got was very good.
