Living in Queens, NY, it was well worth the trip to Bridgewater, NJ as the staff was excellent and the reasonable price made the trip worthwhile. Dealing with Anthony Catena was a satisfying experience as he did everything possible to meet my needs. I would recommend your dealership to all my friends and family.

First dealt with the Internet service which was very helpful. Came to the dealership and met with Justin O'Connor. Purchase was a simple process. Martin Hernandez showed us how to operate all of the vehicle's functions. Both made the purchase of a new vehicle stress free.

Second BMW purchased from Scott Vickers and provides good advice and looks out for customer's interest. Handoff from Scott to Finance to Martin was flawless. Good Service, Attention to detail, No Broken Promises. All prior work was done in time for timely pickup.

Justin O' Connor my salesman was great to deal with. He never pressured me into by buying and let the BMW brand do all the talking. He is knowledgeable with the X5 and answered all of my questions . The car rides great and just what I wanted, it puts all the other vehicles I shopped for to shame. Martin Hernandez helped explain all the options upon delivery. Look these guys up if your looking for a great experience.

Ordered the car through Internet shopping. Price was fair. Amelia for the Internet sales was very nice. Order handed over to Rob Hoffman who was good at following through. When I picked up my car, the process was disorganized, however, which was unfortunate given the advance arrangements made and ample time I allotted. Neither my car nor my paperwork were ready. Just picked up my 2015 X-3 and wanted to thank Mike Watson for his excellent attention to my needs during my purchase. He goes out of his way to make sure that all goes well and is just a nice guy to deal with. Martin Hernandez was very helpful in pointing out the features that I was not familiar with from my 2013 X-3. As far as Bridewater BMW is concerned, I am very pleased overall. Dionne Baksh was very helpful while signing away "the first born". LOL

Polite staff. Willing to cut through the back and forth on price negotiation. Got a deal that I felt comfortable with and the dealer, without having to waste hours of my time. Key to building long term relationships. Minor Areas of improvement: - Communication related to BMW Delivery could be improved through automated or human updates. Often found myself calling for updates. - Financial Services Loan did not provide a exceptional rate even though I was considered a valuable customer based on 2 prior BMW finance purchases.
