Chad is always an exceptional service advisor. I trust him with my X5. He is honest, courteous, and helpful. I appreciate that he explains what service is needed and offers me suggestions on additional items without being pushy. I have been to 4 dealerships (Edison, Flemington, Whitehouse Station (back when) and Bridgewater) since I started driving BMW's some years ago, and by far Chad is the best service advisor I have dealt with at any BMW dealership.

I knew the make and model of the car I wanted to purchase. I met Tom on the lot and he greeted me kindly and introduced me to Bill who was awesome. Bill took me out for a test drive and I was not ready to purchase on that day. I told him to keep me in mind if there was anything he would come across that would fit my budget more appropriately. I was very impressed by Bill & Peter's service. They patiently heard all my requests. Gave me unbiased suggestions. And built the car of my dreams working with my specifications. Very responsive & open minded on price negotiations. I loved the attention I was given at this dealership compared to others where I was just a demanding customer.

I purchased my new BMW X3 from BMW of BW recently and was very pleased with the whole process. AnnMarie Perhacs, my salesperson, was professional, patient, very knowledgeable and so helpful. Peter and I worked out a price that was agreeable to both of us and I thank him for that. This was my first purchase of a BMW. Tim and Ozzy made the process so easy. Tim kept me informed on the car's status and was very responsive to any questions I had. Ozzy made the administrative side easy as well, made me feel comfortable and knew exactly what was right for me from a warranty standpoint. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and knowledgeable. Both Tim and Ozzy were exceptional. The x5 is amazing and I feel very fortunate to have it.
