Carolyn made my new BMW purchase a very enjoyable experience. I usually don't enjoy buying a new car as I find the car buying process to be tedious and annoying, however Carolyn made me enjoy the entire process from start to finish. She was very knowledgable and took the time to find the car that I wanted to buy as opposed to trying to fit me in something just to sell it. When I expressed dissatisfaction over the timings of their service department, she promptly accomodated my appintment to a convenient after hours time and also immediately authorized for a loaner to be used over the weekend without further waiting for the manager's approval who was unreachable then, which apparently is not allowed unless under pressing circumstances after manager approval. This was my second lease through BMW of Bridgewater. Both times the process was extremely smooth. My recent salesperson was Mike Watson. Mike is warm, friendly & knowledgeable. Completely no pressure. Takes a personal interest. Strong follow up skills. He ALWAYS got back to me with an answer to any questions from start to finish. Bridgewater is awesome, I literaly called and made a deal by the phone with great sales advisor Bill, and then walked in after the weekend looked at the deal face to face and met the staff, and then I went back in test drove the vehicle and I picked up the car for the lease on Friday. From top to bottom ,this was the friendliest and more personal BMW dealership I had the pleasure to visit in pursuit of purchasing my 1st BMW. I went to 5 other BMW dealerships across NY/NJ and I have to admit , the staff and the customer service left a lot to be desired. Then I found Bridgewater BMW. I wanted to get my first BMW car and I was interested in 3 series. So, after browsing online, I saw that Bridgewater had the more inventory of which I was looking for. I went there and sales person took me for a test drive and i liked the same car that i drove. So, we sit back and talked about the options of getting used vs new and some other features. I was having great difficulty in connecting my iPhone 5 to my 2008 BMW 525xi so could get my music to play in the car. I called the parts dept at Bridgewater BMW and spoke with Vlad, he told me what I needed and said he would attach the part to my phone when I arrived. When I arrived Vlad came out to the car and too his surprise the part didn't work but he knew immediately what the problem was and came back with the correct part and it did work. I had an overall very good experience in the entire process of buying my dream car. Tony was excellent, he showed me all different models where in the past i have had bad experience from different dealers. I looked around 8-9 cars, finally zeroing down to 3. Tony even helped me to narrow it down. Got a very good deal and he helped even in the purchase process by going back-forth with BMW financial as i had some minor issues with my credit score (of not having enough history).
