The service experience was very pleasant. Carmine checked in my car as soon as I arrived. Debra got me into service quickly. The service was completed quickly and to my satisfaction. I was comfortable in the lounge and since they have Wi-Fi I was able to work during the time the service was performed. I have been getting my car serviced at this dealership for a few years and am always very happy with the service and valley department. thank you

I have been a long-time customer at Bridgewater BMW. Debra Shafer is the service rep I work with. She is extremely professional and focused on excellent customer service. I had to bring my 2013 BMW 535xi to Bridgewater BMW this morning for an emergency repair. Hit a large pothole that destroyed my tire. Debra and her team expedited the tire replacement/repair so I was able to make an important business meeting.

Pleasant and easy transaction, no games, delivered as promised. Expedited getting the car ready on Saturday, despite having limited availability of staff to prep the vehicle.

There are many BMW Service Centers, but not as great as this one. I've been all over NJ (Morristown, Edison, Princeton, Bloomfield, Park Ave, Prestige, JMK, etc, etc), but none compare to the BMW of Bridgewater's Service Center. I truly believe a quality service is never an accident. It is always a sincere effort with the intention to provide a World Class Service experience. By far, Debra Shafer is that difference. After a computer failure on my BMW, I first searched online to try to get an idea what it could be, get estimates of what people have paid in the past, and then I started calling local BMW dealerships as well as independent service centers that specialized in BMW. My first call to BMW of Bridgewater connected me to Chris in Parts. We went over some scenarios and he was able to give me an estimate for what was likely the issue, and coincidentally the most expensive part. I had to visit the dealership due to damage to my tires and wheels because of running into potholes after the snow. As always, I was kept informed of the progress of the service and also provided alternate transportation since the car needed to be kept overnight. Both Chad and Carmine were very helpful and nice to work with. They even took care of some minor expenses that were not covered under the insurance. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Chad was able to get me in for a repair quickly, provided me with shuttle service and then obtained a loaner for me. The car was fixed by the next day, and he was able to get the price a little better. Carmine was professional and courteous in getting me checked out and returning my car to me. The gentlemen that drove me to/from my home (prior to my loaner being available) were both friendly and professional.
