Mostata was most helpful, friendly, and timely. He kept me informed of the service time required. Due to proximity to work, I used the complimentary shuttle service back and forth. Both drivers were very nice, good drivers, and personable. Mo receives a "great" from me for customer service. Only suggestion I have is that no one acknowledges you when you come in the showroom....especially when coming in from the service dropoff area. The nicest and most efficient BMW dealer I have been to. It seems that the smaller independent dealers try harder. They went out of their way to accommodate us.It was nice to be treated like a valued customer. i would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone. I travel two hours to go there. They must be worth it.

Mike was an absolute pleasure to deal with every step of the way. As I didn't have a lot of time to visit dealerships, I tried to front end a lot of the work over email. Mike was very helpful and responded to every request in a timely manner. I would highly recommend the dealership and, in particular, Mike.

I am glad I chose BMW of Bridgewater; I've purchased other new vehicles in the past and did not receive the level of care or professionalism. Buying a new vehicle can be dreadful with aggressive car salesman; I did not experience these tactics at all. I walked into the dealer with a specific pre-owned vehicle in mind, and was not pressured into looking at a vehicle out of my price point. I went in looking to trade in my current car for a certified preowned car they had. Scott came to greet me and help me from then on. He answered all the questions I had and took the time to show me all the features of the new car I was getting. He worked with me to get to a price both me and the dealer could agree on and overall I am happy with the service I received. I would recommend this dealer and Scott to anyone looking for a new or used BMW

How buying a car should be!!! Tom worked hard to get me where I needed to be price wise, Carolyn was not over aggressive but certainly interested in making my visit a pleasurable one...Would HIGHLY recommend!!!
