My husband and me were looking to purchase a 2011 328i xdrive and we visited multiple dealerships prior to coming to your dealership. My overall experience at BMW of Bridgewater was exceptional. Anthony and Tom listened to what I was looking for and meant my needs financially. I initially went to the dealership looking just because I was interested in purchasing a new/used car in May 2014 for a 50th Birthday present to myself. I've bought about 8 or 9 new cars in my life and as many of you reading this already know based on experience, buying a new car can sometimes be a stressful experience to say the least. We were looking to find a auto and dealership we felt would fit our needs. Mike Watson and Peter Provost made our experence simply the most enjoyable, comfortable and gave us a feeling of confidence that we were making the correct deision on the type of vehicle we chose. Actually everyone we met and dealt with at this dealership were professional.
From my first visit to my last my experience with Anthony was excellent. He took his time and never made me feel any pressure. He answered my questions and provided honest comparisons to other vehicles I was interested in. Anthony is the type of salesperson that you want to work with and I'd recommend him to anyone. Tom Forget went ABOVE and BEYOND in helping me with my lease. He was personable, realistic with me and I could tell he truly cared about my experience. I walked into the BMW of Bridgewater dealership not expecting to buy a car. I have 4 months left on a current lease and I wasn't expecting the "lure" of BMW to attract me all that much.
