Always a great experience at Bridgewater BMW. Service has always been top notch. My Service Advisor Chad Renninger is always a pleasure to deal with. Recently purchased a new BMW and David Wagoner was an excellent Sales Advisor. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and fair. Both the Sales and Service people are excellent to work with--they are very attentive. As with most BMW owners I really wish the costs were a bit lower and certainly I see that they are trying to do this by running specials on certain service items. Some things that greatly impress me about Bridgewater BMW's is that I have never had a problem just bringing my car in to have fluids "topped off" --no charge and done so quickly and no problem with getting a loaner while my car is serviced.
