My first BMW buying experience was awesome! Micheal Shammy helped me pick a BMW I didn't even go to see. It's like he can see what you'll like before you do. Justin O'connor to all the time to help me understand the BMW's features. Thomas Forget helped get a good financing. Overall I should have gone to BMW of Bridgewater way sooner. Great staff. My experience at Bridgewater BMW was a good one. Carolyn was very helpful and took the time needed to complete the process. She was very responsive to all of my requests. I am pleased with the experience thus far and anticipate that it will continue through the life of the vehicle.
From the first contact until the final sendoff everything was handled in a very friendly professional manner. We traveled well over an hour to get to Bridgewater BMW. The staff new how far we were coming and had everything ready and moved us through quickly. Overall it was a very pleasant experience that we would reccomend and that is why we gave the ratings we did.
