Carmine provided me with a shuttle service from BMW to my office as my car was being worked on this morning. He is intelligent, articulate, and polite. He clearly has a service orientation and represents BMW well.
I drive a 528Xi and the transmission had malfunctioned... BMW corporate agreed to change the expensive transmission, which is the most expensive part after the engine in any BMW... My service experience was seamless and I was given a brand new car as a loaner for the period my car sat in their service center. Thanks Carmine... I appreciate the way you handled my car service issues, and would highly recommend you!
I was in the area and looking for direction. I talked to carmine and he was very knowledgeable and able to answers all my questions. My car was a bit low on oil and carmine topped off the oil for me.
Awesome service, came in to top off my oil and had a few questions last Friday. They answered everything I needed to know and some ! Felt comfortable from the second I got there. I will be back soon !

There are ONLY 2 reasons for the HIGH rating. There names are Yates & Forgione, an UNBEATABLE service team. Yates sets it up & Forgione makes it happen. NO PAIN. NEVER an off day for the customer. Their greeting smiles & level of expertise tell me that you have a "friend" at BMW at BRIDGEWATER. Take Carmine Forgione as an example. Don't know WHERE he comes from. Don't care.
