I'm in this morning for the second service and a recall. It was quick, courteous, and hassle free. in 15 minutes I drove away with a free loaner with a big smile.
My visit to your dealership was because of issues pairing my iPhone to my new car. I was directed over to Carmine who was more than willing to assist me. He quickly instructed me on the pairing sequence and got me back on the road. I highly recommend this dealership as well as it's exceptional staff.
When I dropped my car off for service, Mo was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He went over all the details of the work that they were to perform. When I told him I needed my car back that same day due to a trip to North Jersey the following day, he made sure that I received a vehicle with Navagation just in case. Everyone was very kind and eager to help. I went in to get some new windshield wipers and information about other BMW products. They were quick to respond and also helped me install my new windshield wipers.

Immediately upon arrival I was escorted by Moe to his service desk -my paperwork and keys and even a pen were already waiting on the tabletop . The loaner car was taken right into the back and my newly repaired BMW was brought right to the front. My paperwork was processed efficiently and pleasantly .
