Scott was fantastic! I had such a great experience. As soon as I walked in, friendly staff came over and made sure to answer any questions that I had. I worked with Scott and the manager Michael to purchase the X3. They stayed within my budget and made sure I got what I wanted. I would definitely recommend them. My car is amazing. The Service Dept. staff (specifically Service writers Debra & Chad) are top notch professionals have always given me superior customer service to any other BMW dealership I've dealt with, even though I didn't purchase my car there (they were not in business yet). From the moment I pulled up at the service center I was met by Mostafa with pleasant, fast and friendly service. I was very satisfied.
My visit to this dealership was very pleasant and hassle free. I'm very pleased at how friendly everyone was when it came to servicing my car. Everyone was well mannered especially Faith who got me out the door quickly with my loaner. I'd definitely recommend my friends and family here when they need their cars serviced.
Came in and Carmine did a very good job of laying out the necessary maintenance needed for my older BMW 3-series. Its got allot on the clock, but he made sure we covered all the critical items and did it for a very fair price. The turnaround time was phenomenal! I would highly recommend his services and expertise with these vehicles!

Carmine did a very good job of tking care of my BMW's services and fluid changes. He always checks over my car thoroughly and makes sure its in proper shape for my long commute.
