Great experience at BMW of Bridgewater. The staff was welcoming, not pushy, and very easy to work with. Carolyn and Mike understood exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. I walked away feeling I got a fair price for my first BMW. Truly, a classy and professional dealership.
Carmine went above and beyond with helping me get a new tire after I had a blowout from hitting a severe pothole from the weather we had. I appreciate his efficiency and professionalism. He is the reason why I will only bring my cars to this dealership specifically.
Thanks to Chad Renninger for taking great care during an emergency service need. He set me up immediately with a service loaner, found the problems and fixed them immediately, all under manufacturer's warranty. Could not have been smoother or more professional. Thanks for a great job

Awesome service from valet to service. Unlike Open Road BMW at Edison, NJ, who made me jumped through hoops so I could get a loaner car for a three-hour long service appointment, guys at BMW at Bridgewater gave me a loaner right away. No questions asked. This dealership lives up to the high standard and expectation of BMW service. Highly recommended!
