Mike Watson was great to deal with right from the start. Mike always answered all of my questions and returned my calls/emails. He is kind, patient and above all "not pushy" like most car sales people. I had a very good and positive experience buying my first convertible BMW from BMW of Bridgewater. I would like to give Mike Watson and BMW of Bridgewater my highest recommendation. I have owned (and currently own) several luxury vehicles. Frank Fratzola was an amazing Client Advisor! This was my first time buying a BMW, so Frank took the time to explain all of my options. I had a budget in mind and Frank was respectful of that and didn't try to go above it, which I really appreciated it. I just want to start by saying that this dealership is top notch. We initially went in for a certified pre owned BMW. Our salesperson, Manjula and the pre owned sales manager, Anthony were both outstanding. Very helpful and understanding.
