BMW Bridgewater is the best. I'm very thankful every time I come in for service, they do a great job making me feel comfortable and welcome. I like to have peace of mind when I get anything serviced, even if it is just complimentary fluid top-offs or clearing a low-tire pressure light. Their client services is just a stellar example of ANY business.
Martin is patient and personable as a dealer! He actually reached out to me a month before my lease expired so I decided to meet with him early on. I was originally indecisive if I would go back to this dealership but I did because of his follow-up.
I generally do not appreciate walking into a dealership and having a salesman follow me and drive me crazy. I had the best experience shopping with BMW of Bridgewater especially my salesman Justin, he was the best. I never felt as I was being pushed to purchase and rushed in the dealership. My husband and I experienced professionalism and courteous on the part of our salesman, he was right on point and really understood our financial needs as we explained our budget.thank you Justin!

I and my wife stopped at the dealership just to take a look at new series 2 cars. Justin presented me the car with options and let me know the special price. I researched it online and found that the price is very reasonable, and Amelia was very helpful to get more details and specs by email.
