Great service; very accommodating staff I would go there again! The staff was quite friendly and I did not feel the pressure to purchase a vehicle...which was one of the best things. They accommodated my requests and provided excellent service in a informative, nonjudgmental and friendly way.
CPO Purchase and unexpected repair I purchased a 2010 BMW 328i from Rick Hill and the buying process was awesome. Our sales person (Randy) and finance person (Scott) where outstanding. Through no fault of theirs there was a problem with the BMW Assist. They had to keep the car for 3 days for repair. But, Zach Hill and Jeff Wilson called me everyday (sometimes 2x/day) to keep me informed of the repair. Very impressive that they kept me up-to-date on the repairs. Purchasing BMW Rick Hill BMW of Kingsport was a great option for me to purchase a BMW. Sales Rep, Randy, did a great job finding what I wanted, explaining the vehicle, and was a very professional sales rep. The finance rep was great as well. He knew what I needed and was able to help me with that. All of the folks at Rick Hill were very friendly and I consider this dealership to be one of the best in the Tri-Cities area for the purchase of a vehicle.
A good place to buy a car I have bought 3 new BMW's from this dealer ship over the last 6 years. With each purchase the dealership has always met or exceeded my expectations. The sales and service staff has always provided a professsional approach supporting the purchase of the car and it's continued maintenence. Needless to say, my continued business with Rick Hill Imports supports my comments.
I thought this was a premium luxury car dealer? Rick Hill Imports, premium luxury car dealer or a laughable joke? I have never, in all my adult car-buying life, seen such a miserably dilapidated business masquerading as a premium luxury car dealership. First impressions are everything, so let me start with the apparent lack of building maintenance. Rick Hill imports sent a damaged 911 turbo s Do not purchase from Rick Hill imports and expect an undamaged car to be shipped to you. They blamed the shipper then when their own video showed the issue they ignored all correspondence moving forward . Stuck me with the repair . I cannot recommend them . I purchased from a Porsche dealer to avoid drama . Sadly not the case here. Purchased a 2015 911 turbo s with 4700 miles . Paid cash .
