meh not good at returning calls Called and emailed about a car. Got automated email but never found out about a car I was very interested and planned on coming to see. Purchased my car elsewhere.

Poor service Very disappointed with service. Nothing was done to fix my problems. Appointment was lost. Long drive to be put on bottom of list.

This ensures that our customers can schedule their appointment on their desired day and time. If an appointment slot is open, it can be scheduled. This system also ensures that and appointment can not be missed and that we are prepared for each and every scheduled customer arrival.
Service department is rude. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. Their service department needs someone to teach them some manners! I will NEVER go there again!
