Rude and uncaring staff, the deadest dealership I've never seen a Mercedes dealership so empty , I've bought cars at Mercedes dealerships in Knoxville and Atlanta and they're always full of customers buying vehicles. I don't know how Rick Hill stays in business, the salespeople look bored and uninterested in making a sale. They look miserable. Purschase elsewhere!! Just as the first time I tried to deal with these people, no professionalism or willingness to work with you. Experiences like this is why I drive to Knoxville for a much better experience. When a Sales representative doesn't keep an appointment, that tells everything about their character and professionalism! Please purchase elsewhere for a much better experience.
Sales staff lacks knowledge and people skills I tried posting this review once today and it has somehow disappeared so I'm writing it again because I feel so strongly about the negativity of my experience. Poor sales attitude I was recently at this dealership shopping for a porsche. Once i got there, i had to walk around the lot for approximately 15 minutes before a salesman came to talk to me. The salesman didn't shake my hand or ask my name. I asked about a particular vehicle and he knew nothing about the vehicle. In fact, I knew more about it than he did.
