Love Rick Hill Rick Hill Imports always has wonderful customer service.
Coolant sensor fixed It took a couple of visits to correct this problem but they stuck with it and didn't over charge for the multiple visits and gave me a loaner car so I didn't have to wait around.
BMW Service The service department did a superb job in timely manner.

Great car buying experience. We came from Kentucky to purchase a car from Rick Hill. We had a great car buying experience. We appreciated there accommodations as they stayed late to welcome us from a long drive then finished our transaction the next day. There was no long drawn out haggle process and they were fair with the overall numbers. We enjoyed doing business with them.

Bmw Service Jeff is the service advisor that I worked with when I had a problem with my BMW Also Jeff has helped out on other occasions His attitude and attention to detail is impeckable He kept me informed on the situation at all times The work was done in a timeley manner and correctly I have been in the auto business for over 25 years and Jeff is one of the most sincere and helpful persons I have ever dealt with I would reccomend Jeff and the service department to anyone The service is great and the price is fair
