"Rude Clerk but great Dealership-Dan Goldman is the Best!" Service was great except for when I switched the loaner car. The Female Clerk (I think her name is, Maria) appeared annoyed at my switching prior to closing. Dan Goldman is a true gem! I hope to always have him as my service person as he is the reason I come here! He is always a joy to encounter and always polite.

"Ease of purchasing vehicle and turning in lease" Thompson BMW via BMW financial services offered excellent end of lease package which enabled me to turn in my lease 2 months early. Dennis and Adam helped me to assess purchase vs lease options. I decided to purchase, they had my car ready the same day. I will take advantage of encore service to learn about all the features of my new wehicle. It was a pleasure to work with Dennis and Adam who made the process painless.

"Software Update consequences" I took my car in for a phone integration problem (Bluetooth phone calls would switch to a radio station then eventually switch back to the phone call, and sometimes disconnecting on their own), which resulted in the dealer upgrading the car's software. When I picked up my car, I noticed that all the settings that I had made and saved in the car's software were gone!
