"Experience" Very positive experience. I had some extra personalized work done on the car requiring it to stay at the dealer a few more days. Without hesitation the dealer allowed the continued use of the loaner vehicle until the work was completed.

"Seamless and satisfying " I called Thompson bmw in regards to a CPO 2016 M4. Dennis returned my call promptly and we set up a time to test drive. The car met all of my expectations and I was ecstatic on the drive home. It’s a very well engineered machine.

"Tires replacement " They kept it simple and easy. It was a last minute appt as I had a tire blowout. Got me right in and a loaner. Someone hit me in the loaner the next day and even that was handled with ease.

"First Service experience " From start to end the level of professionalism from the Thompson team was unmatched. Made an appointment to install winter wheels, interior detail and some recall maintenance. I pulled up to the front door of Service and was greeted by someone who welcomed me, the courtesy car they leant to me was a 2018 and it was beautiful. The interior detail they did was great and the car looked showroom ready! Everyone at the Thompson team is friendly and professional.
