"Experience with this automobile" Thompson BWM has been servicing this vehicle since its delivery in October 2006. Their maintenance personnel know every inch of this 530 station wagon. Even though this model is no longer sold in the US, Thompson always has been able to cover all facets of the prescribed maintenance. Wayne Guertin always has detailed solutions and recommendations for any issue or problem that may arise.

"Service" Service is great. Valet is great. I think their prices are high. need to check the area market for service charges. My bill was > 1/2 labor cost for a 4 hr job.

"Routine maintenance " Outstanding service, friendly people despite the rush. Holidays are hectic they made this chore simple. The tire pressure warning light is annoying but that is not the employees fault.
