"Bmw service " Good service, and communication throughout the process. However, we had to wait 12 days for an appointment. I think that this too long to wait.

"Great customer service!" Very helpful and fixed issues in a timely basis! Highly recommend this dealer. They were friendly and explained everything that was done. Car was dropped off on Saturday and I got it back on Monday due to a part that they had to order.

"Check tires" I stopped by to have my tire pressure checked because my warning indicator said to get checked. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I even got a free car wash. Thompson has the very best service!!!
