"Love the vehicle, dislike the unfair/predatory/shady..." Love the vehicle, dislike the unfair/predatory/shady business practices by the sales & finance managers. I drove 3 hours to buy my vehicle to do business in earnest, and the dealership finagled the dealers fees and title/registration fees to ensure they reached the bottom line sales price they wanted. I have raised this issue to the GM and he has defended the tactics even when I provided evidence of the maximum fees for my state! This is not my first time buying a car... read more

"Inspection" Dropped car off at Willow Grove Lexus and car was transferred to BMW Doylestown and returned when completed . I’m not reall happy that I’m forced to continue adding words ( 25 minimum apparently) when I had nothing pertinent to add.

"excellant" service is always excellent. service rep very responsive . insane that you have a minimum . i will never again respond to a survey from you. i am incredibly annoyed.
