He didn't try to hide anything and for once I felt that the salesman was really working for me. got a great deal on a 2008 335xi CPO and both he and the finance gentlemen made it a seamless buying experience. Had a steering issue with my '07 328i. Took me right in, excellent work, provided me with a BMW loaner. The big thing for me is that when I got the car back, it was repaired right, delivery personnel were absolutey great. Thompson will have my service business!

I would def recommend this place. Customer service is good. Service Advisor will allocate his/her time accordingly to go over every single thing that has been done to your car with you. Great place to develop a special relationship with your SA, if you are a true car enthusiast.

I found a nice used Volvo C70 online at Thompson BMW and drove 3 hrs to purchase it after dealing with a sales guy on the phone. After the whole purchase experience, I was most impressed with the level of professionalism of this dealer. They didn't try to change the deal once I got there and the car was in as perfect condition as you could expect: detailed, new brakes, wipers, new synth oil, and any mechanical problems fixed. This Dealer is amazing! Best people I have ever dealt with! I will always work with Thompson! the service is sooooo fantastic! I always get my choice of BMW that I want when my car goes in. The best part for me is I am young and they still treat me with respect. I hate when I go to some dealers (BMW Of The Main Line) and they treat you like crap. I bought my '07 530xi from main line and will never go back. I will always stick with Thompson even if it is a longer distance to drive there. Neil in service is great! very helpful... read more

I recently purchased a 2005 Certified Pre-Owned X5 from Thompson BMW, and have had an excellent experience. I live out of state, and right from the initial pre-sale conversations have been very accomodating and supportive through the entire transation. Because I live over 3hrs away I have not been able to bring the car directly to them for post sale related issues. Thompson BMW is the best! Steve Deihl is excellent. He listens and doesn't try to sell you some thing you don't want. I probably called him every week to get a status update on my car and he never sounded like I was bothering him. If I left a message he always called back (even after the sale). When I wasn't sure about the SMG option, he let me take an M3 for a test drive (I was buying a 325i) to help me decide and then let me drive a 325Ci that arrived before mine, just to be sure. "Very unprofessional, Manager decided, against all..." Very unprofessional, Manager decided, against all evidence and the opinion of an expert from a very well known windshield replacement shop, that she found a microscopical sign of an impact to my cracked windshield (on my 2018 BMW X3) and therefore BMW won't consider it a stress crack covered by the warranty. Manager obviously does not have the necessary expertise, she was just judging in favor of BMW.
