"Great sales experience" I had a wonderful sales experience with Thompson BMW. Dennis was great and worked hard to earn my business. He went out of his way to make sure I was delighted with my purchase. I have purchased a number of cars lately and this was the best sales experience I've had. "Quick successful" Matt was great needed part He got it in 3 days and had me and fixed thing suggested other things that needed doing and it was all accomplished in an hr including was and vacuum

"Fast, Efficient, Friendly" Had a 9am appointment. Service area was very busy, so they gave me free loaner. They finished before noon and didn’t mind that I took until 2pm to pick it up. The car was cleaned and vacuumed, and everything checked out good. It only took a minute to check out. Pleasant experience!
