"Service better than any other deal in the region! " I've tried Princeton, a mere 5 miles from my home. Snotty service reps, bad customer service. WG Also very bad on the phone even to set up an appointment. Thompson's staff knows us, treats us like family and are very forthright. If we ask, they tell us what must be done now, what can wait a bit, etc. Exactly the kind of relationship I want with a service team!

"Thompson Does it Again With Great Service" Thompson service is outstanding. Got appointment within two days, took me right in when I arrived. John MacDonald, my service advisor, was very pleasant, professional, and explained all needed service and repairs upfront. This included pricing. Wash and vacuum service was outstanding.

"Friendly, easy to do business/ interact with" I did not feel any pressure when working with Ryan and the Thompson team. Most of the interactions and questions I had were answered through email/ text saving me a lot of time in terms of having to go sit in a dealership. This is the second BMW that I am buying from Thompson and I would recommend them without any reservations.
