"Exceeding Expectations " I have had the pleasure of my 4th BMW delivery and the staff continues to be attentive and ensure my purchase aligns to all my needs.
"Good, honest, fast" No pressure ever, our sales person Shaheed Sanders and sales manager Troy Stevenson answered many questions and delivered our vehicle as promised. No surprises! Ok, except for the Thompson logo decal that I did not want on my car.
"X1 purchase" Dennis Bridges was extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. He made my wife and I very comfortable and allowed us to progress at our own pace for an overall very pleasant experience.
"Purchase of New Vehicle" Customer service through the entire process was excellent, the staff from the reception through financing and final detaining and set-up were all knowledgeable, organized and friendly.
"Professional, knowledgeable and personalized service." Various Thompson Associates collaborated seamlessly to build the fair deal. Specifically, Rob, Troy and Dennis cooperated to educate me to my level of comfort and trust. "Excellent Service" Denise Rossi was very good at helping me with the choice of my BMW X1 vehicle. She took the time to show me the different types of X1's and I got to test drive the different vehicles too. I highly recommend Thompson as a dealership for anyone looking for a car.

"perfect " It sounds crazy but a runner on the garage floor wrapped itself around the inside of the wheel when backing out of the garage!!( from the time that I called BMW service the reps were professional and personable. They had a flat bed truck come to the house at 7 pm take the car to Thompson BMW. The driver was great. He dropped off a loaner car. It took a few days to fix the brake because it was over thanksgiving weekend. Picked it up on the following Tuesday. Wonderful service. 😊
