"Service for X3" I have been using Thompson for a long time. This last time I don’t know what happens but every feature I had personally programmed was completely wiped out I had to reprogram everything. I would have appreciated if they had at least told me
"Andi assures customer satisfaction" Andi is a terrific Service Manager. She understands the customer, and delivers a clean car after everything is done properly, and in a timely fashion.
"Routine service - state inspection, emissions" With Thompson BMW everything happens as promised. They are always ready when I arrive. If I have asked for a loaner it is available immediately. The staff are pleasant and professional and the work is always done more quickly than they say. Additionally I find the service charges to be reasonable. They are just very easy and pleasant to deal with
"Dennis is the best!!!" Dennis is the best!!! He is friendly accommodating and very knowledgeable about BMW cars. We have bought several cars from Thompson and continue to use Dennis as our salesperson.
"Got an amazing deal" So, typically I would not recommend Thompson as a place to purchase a car because they are traditionally more expensive than competitors in the area by a large margin. However, I ended up with an out of sight deal on a used car they were looking to get rid of after having been on the lot for two months. It was deal of the century. "Thompson BMW has the best service" We have taken our BMWs to most of the service dealers in the area. Thompson is by far the best: high quality work, acceptable turn around time, professional service managers.

"Great service " Even if I don’t have an appointment, I can walk into Thompson and they will do their best to help me. I had low tire pressure due to the cold weather and they handled it in no time at all.
