"Very good service " Very good communication , trying to help me with the insurance to cover the cost Of the repair ( even do , didn’t covered) . Loaner vehicles are the best option for me. So don’t have to inconvenience someone else, since the dealer is 45 minutes away from my home.

"wonderful team" The Thompson team is great from start to finish. The valet are always polite and responsible, the service team go above and beyond to ensure everything is taken care of. I have recommended them to my friends and colleagues and I don’t do that very often. It is wonderful to find a service center that is really is client-focused, but the Thompson team has been just that for me from day one.
