"State inspection " Everything went very smoothly. Will definitely return for future appointments. Shuttle driver arrived on time and is very pleasant. Customer service team is very friendly.
"Fully satisfied " Thompson helped me with work related to protection plan and a couple of other routine maintenance items. They provided good service completed all work and provided me with a complimentary loaner.

"Service " Needed navigation update, Ordered the update tried to install as instructed but was unable to. Stopped in to service and they got me in and in just 2 hours was able to do the update.
