"Dealership where customer satisfaction is a priority. " Purchased a 2018 Lexus 570 from Thompson BMW. The transcation went well until towards the end of it when I ran into some issues with the salesperson. However, after I explained the situation to the Sale Manager, the issue was quickly resolved. I will still recommend this dealership to anyone based on my experience from buying this vehicle from them. Charles.
