"Excellent service " Wouldn’t take my X5M anywhere else. They are courteous and go above and beyond to service my X in a timely manner. My X comes back cleaner than when it went in. I get a nice loaner while it is in for service. They keep me up to date with any other service my X needs

"Good service. " My only negative is they sent me a text after the service. I responded to the text asking if my car was supposed to be washed and I received no response. Not sure why they ask if they aren’t going to respond

"Great experience but a bit confusing at the end" This is my first BMW purchase after driving Audi’s. Overall it was a great experience and our client advisor Dennis was great! One thing to improve upon is the end review with the finance manager. There were “add ons” that we’re not included in the negotiated price. I would describe this as last minute items like warranties and coverage that could be communicated up front.
