"Annual inspection routine and small repairs " I have no complaints Thompson did a great job would recommend for bmw work anytime. Appreciate the quality of the repair. The valet service is especially helpful.

"Gwen was very helpful and accomodating." For this service, I could not give a 5 star rating because the person who checked me in the morning of my appointment was asked in addition to what was scheduled service missed adding a replacement of the battery key and the windshield wipers.

"Always professional and helpful" You hear all kind of horror stories of people dealing with the service departments of the car dealer. I tell them to see my friends at Thompson! They have always been helpful and accommodating in spite of my car being purchased at another dealer. My cars only go to Thompson! Dan is awesome!
