"Service" Everyone at Thompson is pleasant. Sadly I decided I needed to experience different cars (wanted to try a Volvo) what a mistake! The service team at Thompson gives 150%! "Fast and friendly service." The receptionist was very friendly and efficient They gave me an appointment the next day and took care of my problem . I appreciate giving me a complimentary car wash as well. The valet personnel are always welcoming and ready to help. I stayed with Thompson whether i had a Lexus before and now a BMW. In all those years Thompson has impressed me with prompt service and polite people On the phone , front and service desk.Great Company.

"Thompson BMW Audi S6 Purchase" Purchased a preowned 2016 Audi S6 from them. The salesman, Dennis Bridges, was extrememly patientand worked a great deal for us. He did everything he could to get us the best price.

"Great" My 4th car purchased at Thompson. The service department is very efficient and knowledgeable. When I needed 2 new tires for my 2013 X1 I was given a quote and then I checked with other providers and found that Thompson gave me the best price !
