"Lexus ES 300 H" This dealer had my car for 18 days. I needed 2 new passenger side doors and a new passenger side rear wheel. These repairs were necessary, after an accident. The repairmen are very polite, knowkedgaeble and get the job done, correctly. I would highly recommend this collision shop.

"Excellent Dealership" Every time I have had to visit Thompson BMW their management and their staff have always, courteous, polite and helpful. My years dealing with car dealerships with only one exception have not been as good as it was dealing with Thompson BMW.

"State inspection/oil change" Thompson was very easy to deal with, they completed my state inspection, oil change and blower motor recall on my 335i. Gwen gave me all the information I was looking for and as always they provided a loaner which was a big help.

"So happy 😁 " My experience at Thompson BMW was very good Dennis Bridges was extremely patient as we had many questions and concerns. Troy the sales manager was connected to the knowledge of who I was as I work in the school that his children go to!! That connection was neat for it allowed a super personal experience that was welcoming and familiar. So happy with this purchase and will recommend Thompson BMW any day!!!! .....just ask forDennis Bridges😉

"Easy in and out. " My only issue is that I was givin a Toyota for a loaner vehicle and it was filthy dirty with grime and salt! Would have taken 5 min to run through the wash........
