"Summary" As always great customer service from Thompson. It is the device quality At Thompson- and the people of course — that had me move from Audi back to BMW. My Audi was great. But the new organization in Warrington wa clearly not to Thompson standards. When it was time to switch, Thompson Service is what made the switch back to BMW so easy.

"Always satisfied" They always make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. Matt ( for my service) is outstanding, very reliable and do his best all the time. I am very happy with the car and how my services are done. Kerry Greene always follow her clients and contact them on regular basis to see if they are happy customer. She is the reason why we are returning customers.

"Jeff's review" I was told I had a tire with a nail in it and the tire needed to be replaced. The tire turned out being okay. This could have been handled better.
