"Dinan service" I can’t quite speak to the entire service department but Laura from the performance group is unrivaled. Exceptionally friendly, very well versed in aftermarket modifications and keeps in touch continually. She ensured my 440i was well taken care of and the dealership can thank her for bringing back a customer due to her service. Will be bringing in my car and all future cars for DINAN and M Perf parts as well as routine service because of her.
