"Fast and easy" Thompson always seems to be a straight shooter, no issues. People always pleasant and helpful, and the loaner really helps with making my day easier. No waiting around
"Great service " Dennis Bridges provides me with great information and insight in the car buying process. He recommended cars that I very much enjoyed looking at and I was able to decide on which car I’d like for myself. If I am to be looking for another car in the future I will absolutely be getting ahold of Dennis once again.
"Dinan service" I can’t quite speak to the entire service department but Laura from the performance group is unrivaled. Exceptionally friendly, very well versed in aftermarket modifications and keeps in touch continually. She ensured my 440i was well taken care of and the dealership can thank her for bringing back a customer due to her service. Will be bringing in my car and all future cars for DINAN and M Perf parts as well as routine service because of her.
