"Front brakes, state inspection and emition test." Sudden problem with front brakes when wife was using car. Called to have this taken care of soon as possible. Took car in for service next day. Added inspection to service since it was due soon. Dan was very easy to deal with and I was very happy to get this serious problem taken care of this quick. Very happy.
"Seamless" First time having my 320i services at Thompson. Treated us like we were long time customers. Service advisor was courteous. Technician came out to tell us that it was a simple fix and that he tested out our concern and it seems good as new. Also said that due to the rain he would not be having the car washed but next time he will make sure it gets done. First Class operation.
"Maintenance visit " Overall, Thompson provides good quality service. I only let Thompson service my car. I’ve been a customer since 2012, and I have no major complaints.

"Over the top" They are wonderful in every way. Service was as promised. They then washed the car and sent 2 drivers to my house 15 miles away to deliver the car back to me. The experience could not have been better
"long wait" Scheduled when it was convenient for me.Service was fine but took too long for inspection and oil change-almost 2 hrs! bonus-washed car.
"Great experience! " Dennis is great. He went out of his way to make the experience smooth, fair and enjoyable - he’s been there 30+ years and is a consummate professional. Kudos to finance as well for getting me in and out of there in 20 minutes. Highly recommend.
