"All about the Salesman" Dennis Bridges is a true professional. Dennis has sold my family numerous cars including my first car almost 20 years ago (yikes time flys by). "Everything perfect except for loaner" Everything went great as always. The car was exceptionally clean and all serviced up. The only downside was the loaner which I expected to be an suv since my car is an suv and I have to put car seats and kids. This time the loner was a sedan and more difficult to put car seats in it. Overall experience was positive.

"Thorough" Didn't know what was wrong with my car. Lights were coming on all over the place. Took it to Thompson, they called the same day and told me what was wrong. Thought I'd be without my car for a while but they called and had it fixed in record time especially during the holidays. She runs great. I would recommend Thompson and the people that work there to everyone. They give 200 percent and something rare today, they care about the quality of their work. "New Brake" Done on time as promised. However I would have appreciated to not having received a call that woke me up just before 8:00 am telling me I needed brakes when that was the reason I took my car in for new brakes.
