"Recall Service" Excellent customer service. Timely repairs. Everyone was very friendly and extremely professional. First time I had my car serviced at this dealership. I would recommend this service center.
"A peaceful quick sale " I would have liked a better deal. This is our 4th BMW However, our salesperson was not aggressive and we greatly appreciate his style. The sale went under two hours.

"More and better loaners needed" The only issue I’ve had is the availability of reasonably comparable loaner cars. Initially I was given a Toyota Corolla. I drive a BMW 750. It is difficult to adapt to a different brand and much smaller car. The staff in the service department couldn’t be more pleasant and competent. They went over and above to help me through the processs.
"Inspection/Emissions " Very courteous outside staff....administrative personnel inside also pleasant. Turnaround at pickup was really quick, in and out in no time! Felt like a valued customer!
"Excellent " Stopped in with no appointment because a warning light was on. Took me right in and did the service. I always have a good and professional experience.
"Great service center. " I arrived with a flat tire on Saturday. No problems. The service center was great. Everyone was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend this service center.
"Easy accommodating service" I took my vehicle in for inspection but did not have time to wait. I was able to book my appointment by mobile and drove into the valet. I was greeted by valet who took my keys and drove up with a loaner car. My service rep greeted me right away with paperwork ready to sign and go.
