"Had to replace one tire." Always excellent service. Tire was not in stock and had to be ordered. It did not come in as early as we were told it would and, therefore, we could not pick up our car until the next day.
"BMW Purchase" Both my husband and I received excellent customer service from Ryan and the other members of the Thompson BMW team. I would definitely recommend this dealership. This was a very positive experience and I love my BMW X3.

"First BMW purchase" I have wanted a BMW since I started driving nearly 25 years ago. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a BMW that I’ve not liked the style of...they are just gorgeously desinged cars.
