Still waiting for reply Last weekl I inquired on line about a couple of the vehicles on their website and talked to one of their employees on line, I also inquired about financing. I am still waiting for a reply from them
Good car bad service i made the mistake of buying my car on a Saturday from BMW SF. the sales guy made the sell and quickly left, never to be seen again. My new car was cleaned and gassed and sat and sat - i had to go out and track down any one with a BMW logo on their shirt to get my keys. i love the car but was disappointed with the service. i live in San Francisco but would look down the peninsula to buy another BMW.
Disappointed Very disappointed with the search e from a BMW dealer. Initially started off fine, I researched the care I wanted and already knew the model, style, colour etc and saw that the SF dealer had the one I wanted in their lot. I figured I would contact then and arrange a test drive while I was in town visiting. I emailed the dealer through cars.com, and the next morning one of the saleswomen emailed me back and calked, requesting that I speak to her directly to arrange a meeting/test drive. Bad service, high prices. After 20 years with BMWs and having tried BMW SF many times (to buy and service), I drive to Mountainview to purchase my BMWs and to Marin to have them serviced when I have time. But once in a while, my schedule doesn't allow it, and I end up going back to BMW San Fran where I am confirmed how bad they are. I could go on for hours about my bad experiences over the years.
