Great Service from Tony Chung! I recently moved to Florida from Atlanta and was looking for someone to help me with international delivery of a 2014 BMW. Frank Putt - Real Service and Value Oriented Dealt directly with Frank and managed to get a great deal on a new VW TDI. Both Frank and the Sales Manager (Greg Baldwin) went the extra mile (pun intended) to get the numbers where I needed them to be. The BEST part - delivery. Frank Putt at Bert Smith is a delightful salesman I am excited to be in a brand-new VW Tiguan--exactly the one I wanted, black with black interior--and Frank made it happen. Surprised I actually received a phone call from the dealer informing me that the car I was interested in had been sold. That was a nice touch. They also said they would put me in their database in case they got similar cars in. Another nice touch. I would recommend them just on this because if they cared enough to make that call, I think the rest of the service would be equally good.
