Back on the Road I pulled into Tampa on a Saturday morning after a 3 hour drive to visit my daughter arriving with a flat tire on my Goodyear run flats. After several local stops at various tire shops with no luck, i pulled into Bert Smith BMW about 2;30 in the afternoon and they had the tire in stock and got me back on the road. Their charges for the repairs were very fair and I really appreciated them getting me in late on a Saturday afternoon. Many thanks.

Perfect service day at Bert Smith BMW I had great transportation back home after dropping my car at Bert Smith BMW for annual service. I received a video of the service process and then was given transportation back to the dealership to pick up my X1 . I was treated very professionally and felt very confident with this experience.
