Bert Smith BMW - Great Service Not for repair, but scheduled services. Great job, as always. Appointment through BMW Connected app had problem but they scheduled the work anyway, and even provided a loaner car.

Great experience buying a used BMW I recently purchased a used 2018 430i from Bert Smith and it was a great experience. Connor helped me through the buying process, he was friendly, helpful, and never felt pushy. He got everything completed quickly, even though I came in at the end of the day! Financing was also a breeze, thank you to Joseph for being so helpful explaining the financing and warranty options, too. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase and will be returning whenever it's time for my next car!
Bert Smith BMW X3 Service Alex Richman in the Service Department was very helpful in getting my vehicle in for service for a bad brake light sensor. Bert Smith BMW I?m happy with my experience at Bert Smith BMW. Their negotiations were fair and open. No pressure, no games, and no unnecessary back and forth. They never tried to change the numbers on me after we agreed to a deal and there was absolutely no pressure or hard sell from their finance manager either. Very smooth process. They gave me fair value for my trade-in. Would do business with them again.
