Excellent service! This was my first visit to Berts BMW. Came to Berts for a repair to the Blower motor on a used 535d that I had purchased from a used car dealer. On arrival the service consultant informed me that the previous owner had purchased a service contract that transferred with the vehicle, so I had free oil changes (unexpected bonus!). BMW service3 Have been going to Bert Smith for years and always get quality help and service. I think it is especially worthwhile to notice now, given the the declining level of service I am seeing at many places, Bert Smith still providing excellent service and help even though they are probably short staffed also!

Bert Smith Excels in Service I took my car in for service yesterday. Process could not have gone better. You are addressed as soon as you drive in. My service manager, Alex got me checked in quickly, it?s very personable, and well-versed in all things BMW. I was immediately set up with a loaner BMW. It?s also a nice touch to get to drive a loaner car. That is the same brand of car you drive. They addressed my problem and I returned later for an easy conclusion. I mean ? no stress, no anxiety, just service with a smile.

Car repairs Juan at BMW was a great service representative. He was able to give me a discount that I really appreciate and also I was treated with the upmost respect. Not the best customer service Dealt with Alex. Excellent peoples? skills and kind person. Dealer installed wrong tires. No biggie. I can deal with human error. Human unkindness however is a different matter. When my car was not ready as promised, Alex quickly offered apologies and a loaner. Upon walking to Jerry for the process it was a complete different experience. She was on her personal phone, rude, unkind, and never acknowledged me.
