BMW X3 2021 The whole sales team including Steve and Julian Davis were professional and helpful. Julian came to pick up, so that we could take delivery at a time that was convenient to us. They have a great service department too. A friend of our recommend Bert Smith BMW. We are glad we did. We were not pressured to buy the car and we were given the time to buy what we needed.
Outstanding service department A dealership willing to ?deal? and a service department that puts the customer first.
Just Average Long delays, little to no repair updates, unless I initiated the call, incorrectly ordered parts causing more delays. Hopefully, just a fluke this time. Normally, much better attention to customer service.

Disappointed with this dealer's service Satisfied with the repair, disappointed with the dealer service, and fed up with BMW. My vehicle went (was towed) into this dealer for a high voltage battery waring light. It took around 4 days and me having to call the dealer vice them calling me to get the full run down on the vehicle?s issues. Easy service Juan did a great job as our service writer. The dealership was clean and the bathrooms were easy to get into. The service and sales department was easy to work with.
