Great service I've always had my car serviced in this facility and the team is always attentive, and professional, and has always resolved and clarified my concerns. They've gone as far as accommodating me on their busy schedule to have my car serviced if it needs immediate attention.

Great experience at Bert Smith BMW Cameron Brown is the consumate professional and made my car buying experience the best I've ever experienced. I was able to share exactly what I wanted from the beginning and he kept me in the loop all along the way. When it came time to get the deal done, he had everything prepared for me and I was out of there in no time. I can't say the same for another BMW dealership across the bay, but I am thankful for Bert Smith.

Bert Smith Service Department Kevin Mandy was professional and helpful with service , I purchased car in August and the end of September air stopped working, rodents had chewed wires, pictures were taking to show damage. Repairs completed in a timely manner.
